Habana, Cuba?

After researching genious trip from TIJ (Tijuana, Mexico, 20 minutes from San Diego), to Havana with a stop in Cancun or Mexico City, it seems it got easier. Also the amazingly low fare TIJ - MEX- PTY - HAV seems a bit overkill at this point. Travelling through PTY, Panama City, Panama is not the quickest way to get to the Caribean Island.

Alaska Air seems to have partnerred with www.cubatravelservices.com for Cuba related travel.

The pink slip/ visa for travellers leaving from the US to Cuba:

Visa Fee $50

Processing Fee $35

Shipping Fee $20

$105 total, which seems ridiculous as the processing is (automatically) forwarding your information and put the received visa in an envelop.
